After Mdm Lee departed… and MM Lee probably cried his $8 heart out, and PM Lee saw the $8 medical situation in Singapore… … under Khaw… So when Mr Khaw talked about what 10 years plan… I was marvelling… how many 10 years did he think he has? He’s not a junior minister… but just as Mr Khaw, he was dumped into MOH… He was an engineer and what CEO of Natsteel… but the replacement for MOH has an opposition background in his daddy and who knows his daddy could be a big mouth linked to kakis in the opositions…. Besides, the best person for the job at MOH given the current outlook is really Lee Wei Ling, someone MP Lee will be able to trust and someone who has been laying down the good book foundation for years… and someone who is doing Neuro… and big fuck enough to pick the hair of AStar mountain tiger king.

In short, Gan Kim Yong is also not likely the type PM will expect to succeed in MOH as well. To be honest, Raffles Medical Group deals with headaches and that psychatrist who was a tool in terminating the New Father out of MOE teaching… it is not dealing with robots and steels and machines… And this fucked up ministry under Mr Khaw is now a big cash-cow in such a manner with even Indonesian patients exclaiming “Is this still Singapore?!” and a specialist threatening the Brunei royals “I know your fuck secrets hor!!! How dare you complain about my (exorbitant) charges!”… If anyone expects the Enclave to endorse Mr Gan’s prospect in MOH… please give me time… give me another 5 years. Other high profile moves in the cabinet include now DPM Tharman… of which I will spare some saliva on but point out some points with some riddles… News has it that what the PM appoints based on the performance from this election and bla bla bla to appease the people and bla bla bla so he goes populist and boom~ We have DPM Tharman… That shows the public are laymen if they bought into this talk… as I was reading those rubbish comments in Temasekreview… A very huge crisis is coming, instead of concentrating him at Finance ministry, PM has him also taking over Manpower… and raises him to DPM. Remember, when I nagged MM that Singapore NEEDS an economic remake, Mr Tharman headed that show… Now with him holding finance and manpower and Ah Heng from MAS placed in Education… it’s like the MAS boys trying to deal with the remake thing… The issue about Mr Tharman, as reflected in Reform Party’s Kenneth, is he is a minority leader… no matter if he becomes head of IMF or World Bank or what… Basic common sense as Singapore is still a migrant state… and the Indian race is still the minority of the minority that to the MM alongside with the DPM’s age when PM Lee were to retire… he won’t be the PM. So now, two folks are making news of who will be the next PM?

Heng Swee Keat age is 49yo, Chan Chun Sing is just over 40 something… Although it is unlikely either will have the calibre to handle Singapore as PM… Chan is the likely folk to be the next PM… even though Heng was given a full minister straight away. I won’t say it is a good move to make Mr Tharman the DPM from PM’s angle or from Mr Tharman’s situation and angle… given the higher status with the coming challenges and his limits… PM unlikely, big fat scapegoat… who knows? But both have been ‘comrades’ at MAS, though in politics… how friend friend can one be can be… very surprising… He was made immediately an ‘Advisor’, and carried two portfolios instead of one as acting minister when he entered politics. To be honest… even if Nicole Seah went to Jurong GRC with an A team and wrecked his poll results to 50.1%… I expect Mr Tharman to be chosen by PM as DPM as well. Unless you expect Lui to be made DPM if his GRC gets 70%… reverse thinking, it’s not hard to analyse… Mr Wong Kan Seng’s ‘early’ retirement is really surprising, but from PM’s angle of seeing things… He can’t prepare DPMs to come if Mr Wong still remains as DPM and it is ridiculous to demote him to some small time ministry from DPM-ship, so the best is ‘renewal’ and he bcomes an MP since it is also ridiculous to make him an SM. In real, if Ng Eng Hen wasn’t being dumped direct to MOE without proper nurturing, it’s very likely that Ng can be the DPM this round, replacing perhaps DPM Teo. I won’t be surprised if Mr Wong is still an MP next election, if he sees fit to stay after being a DPM for so long…

Moving DPM Teo into Home Affairs and Minister when it should be K Shamugam’s business and Ng into Defence after Ng cocked up big time at MOE shows PM values Ng and probably sees him a pillar; it so seems that Ng has ‘grown up’ in this election since the first time I saw him… when he was like a school boy first time selected to collect a big prize and… an entire face of naive pride… I personally see another Tony Tan in him if he is properly nurtured, me said so long ago. So let’s see how he handles the SAF… Being a minister of defence in this era deals with huge possibility of scandals… must start checking the finance loops and to remake the NS cum reservist situation… Ahem… people like this irridate what the fuck gust of fart… need to find fuck job, need to handle babies, need to do this and that… should be dumped into holding list… not to mention of his hypochondriac disorder during the year for what IPPT preparation… SUGGESTION only…

Heng Swee Keat… The education issue is big money… in real, before I took over MOE… if possible… I do hope Heng to… ahem… get all the arrows on his back doing certain ‘reforms’ at MOE. Such as dealing with the salaries and perks part… Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha… After all, he is from MAS, and the entire education situation is now also messed up by the private education scene; He won’t be expected to do much but to ensure the education situation doesn’t go too bad. He gives me the type of error-free chap who very the good taking orders and pretty brain-dead when it comes to contingencies concerning the public interests… the typical elite. I am not questioning his ability to reform the education situation… I literally don’t see any relevant abilities he got for the reform anyway… see? So the main bulk of job will remain there nicely for me to ‘chup siao’ later.

Is he a seat-warmer? If a PM Goh can, why not a newbie Heng?

He’s expected to sit there, hold the MOE ranks tight, listen to PMO orders and do nothing…

The big talk about Lim Hng Khiang replacing BG Yeo in MFA is like this… The Enclave doubted it almost 101%… Apparently, it is still ‘vacant’. I have observed Mr K, and he is not really the type for foreign affairs… especially when the world is going to change shapely very soon, and although Mr K is a lawyer… he still has a problem dealing with domestic voters in carrying himself, and in face to the complications of the world affairs now plus the foreign influx issues plus this and that… MM’s best choice is Minister Elfred. Hahahahahahahahaha… But sorry, I am not in the cabinet now, and I’d only join any party with the offer or die-hard promise of me swallowing MOE. The situation is no longer the same as when David Marshall was representing Singapore to the world… Now is a time of real wars and scarcities and the fight among the big monsters… and Mr K won’t do better than Mubarak nor those ‘smarties’ at local think tanks who thought Mubarak had a chance… Nope, he didn’t. Hahahahahahahahaha…

And Lim Hng Khiang… his character, abilities and even how he approches domestic affairs… won’t suit the job.

But someone must stand in for MFA… someone free enough loh…

So let’s try Mr K Shanmugam. I sure hope Mr K understands what he is into… … If he is low in political calibre… this area will be a major challenge because… what seem like alliances and such ain’t really so, many things are much more than meets the eyes… and in real, there is no law in the international real world. So in real, the Enclave is neutral to Mr K’s additional portfolio. Unless Spare Tyre would like to run the Enclave of ‘Pri 4 and Pri 1 kids’ in global affairs… this is where the world meets… The Enclave is more advance in global affairs than the commoners would ever imagine.

As for Dr Vivian’s new portfolio… Alot of people think he is being demoted… Dr Vivian… does have some… issues in the cabinet. But I am not here to explain the relationship of love and hatred in the cabinet… Dr Vivian’s new portfolio looks unimportant, and even Lim Swee Say once said his friends asked him if he offended the gahmen to have landed in this ministry… Hahahahahahahahahahahaha~ The issue now is, as the world goes wild, and the fight of fuel or energy scales up, coupled with environmental challenges and so on, Dr Vivian’s ministry is now a very very important ministry… if he even realises that. If he is to make a mark, it’d be a good ministry to do so after the YOG thing… It’s a true second chance if you see the opportunities in this ‘shit and saliva’ ministry. Alot of online noises doesn’t understand the importance this ministry is becoming, so there is no need to feel bad about being ‘dumped’ into this ministry. In real, this ministry has many many jobs… which are easy to resolve and handle. Nuclear power issues, just fuck it… local fuel costs… use political pressures, floods… fuck the flood lah… and as the waters are flooding Penang and so on… alot of global concerns will land into this ministry with big though usually useless conferences.

So Dr Vivian… whether you are promoted or demoted… it’s all up to you and how you see it. For me… this ministry is now full of ‘fun’. Hahahahahahahahahaha…

Lui’s a very ‘mechanic’ chap… Nope, it’s not saying he’s good with androids such as Yam Ah Mee… ‘Politician’ as Lui can’t handle politics, can’t manage policies, and its best use? Scoring brownies by ‘shooting’ away without much regards. Which is, he is good at cutting flowers which he thinks ain’t in line, so here cut there cut, cut cut cut… and end up the entire garden no more flowers yet he can’t grow any back himself… The perfect sotong for a good show in media after he replaces Mr Lim Boon Heng and enjoyed himself for a short while in MICA. I also find Vincent good, but I knew SDP won’t be having a good use of this ‘talent’. The rise of the opposition is real… but to claim that WP is leading the way is pure bullshit. Just remember, Nicole is not from WP and she alone could have gotten rid of SM Goh… with or without those two scholars in NSP. Because the real war is not just depending on the rising pool of opposition supporters… the real war is to even win over those who originally will habitually vote for PAP. We’d need a super crack team… Scholars… PAP has plenty; lawyers and professionals, PAP is crawling with even CEOs from NTUC to what GLCs, but what PAP lacks… are leaders, and leaders who work. And what the people want… is another Father of Singapore who works. Nobody cares really what MM said in hard truths, or what MM did during the second world war, or how much money he made at the black market or fucked how many women… He was the last tiger of Asia because he worked… his gahmen worked, and even Josephine was quoted to use that track record to justify her batch’s existence… which is pure nosense.

Oppositions must know that the tide may be rising in favor of them, but it’d be useless if they don’t understand what is leadership. People is discarding the PAP… that’s why a GRC can go in one line and fell. And many more will start getting the signal and switch sides especially when more powerful leaders rise in the oppositions’ camp. Take advantage of PAP’s ‘meritocracy’, but… most oppositions are actually hooked up on PAP-styled meritocracy… In the case of high ranking civil servants… PAP has even more! Yet… PM’s 1st secretary was lost, and PM Goh’s ex-secretary did not change anything.
